Bring your favorite food truck, signature cocktails, dream florist, or even a bounce house for the littles. We’ll help you create a day that feels like you.

Guest Count & Capacity

We provide tables and chairs for up to 50 guests
Hosting more? We welcome up to 200 guests total
For larger events, additional rentals will be needed (you can bring your own or we can connect you with local vendors)

Booking & Payment Details

To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Special Event rentals may be rescheduled one time within 12 months if at least 30 days’ notice is provided, subject to a $150 rescheduling fee and availability. Deposits remain non-refundable. If no reschedule is completed within 12 months, all monies paid are forfeited.

Security Deposit/Card on File

For special events, a valid card on file is required in lieu of a cash security deposit. This card will only be charged if damages, excessive cleaning, or violations occur, as outlined in your rental agreement.

Accepted Payments

Cash, check, or credit/debit card via Square Terminal. If a check is returned or funds are reversed, payment will be considered incomplete and must be replaced immediately to retain your booking.

Clean-Up Options

Included (No Charge)

You’re responsible for cleaning up and restoring the venue to its original condition within your rental period.

Walk-Away Clean-Up — $125 Flat Rate

Don’t want to worry about the mess? Just walk out at the end of your event — we’ll take care of the rest.
