Additional time may be purchased at $200/hour, up to 2:00 AM. Extended hours must be requested and paid at least 7 days prior to your event; same-day extensions are not available.
Per city ordinance, all amplified music must end by 10:00 PM. After that, celebrations can continue with a softer, more intimate tone.

To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.

All Quinceañera rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit, due with the final payment. This deposit will be refunded within 14 business days after your event, less any deductions for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations.
Quinceañeras may be rescheduled one time within 12 months if at least 90 days’ notice is provided, subject to a $500 rescheduling fee and availability. Deposits remain non-refundable. If no reschedule is completed within 12 months, all monies paid are forfeited.
If alcohol is present, or if professional caterers or vendors are used, you must provide proof of event liability insurance naming The Archive 101 as an Additional Insured at least 14 days prior to your event.
Cash, check, or credit/debit card via Square Terminal. If a check is returned or funds are reversed, payment will be considered incomplete and must be replaced immediately to retain your booking.
You’re responsible for cleaning up and restoring the venue to its original condition within your rental period.
