Who We Are

Archive 101 is a locally owned creative space built for real people doing meaningful work. Whether you’re hosting art classes, tutoring, dance lessons, or your first pop-up event — we’re here to make space for your ideas to thrive.

We believe no one should have to choose between beauty and affordability. Our prices are intentionally low so dreamers, doers, and helpers have a place to create joy, connection, and good things right here in Hutchinson.

Why Only Monday–Thursday?

Fridays and weekends are for celebrating! Our space is booked for private events — birthdays, graduations, quinceañeras, showers, anniversaries, and weddings. Monday–Thursday is dedicated to business, creative, and community use at affordable rates.

Rental Options | Mon–Thurs

(First come, first served — book as far ahead as you like)

• Hourly (Before 2 PM) – $20/hr (2 hr min)
  Quiet work, tutoring, vendor prep, short meetings.

• Hourly (After 3 PM) – $25/hr (2 hr min)
  Evening groups, rehearsals, short classes.

• Morning Half Day – $50 (Until 2 PM)
  Flexible use through morning & early afternoon.

• Evening Half Day – $75 (Starting 3 PM)
  Great for movement classes or small-group events.

• Full Day – $100 (8 AM–9 PM)
  Back-to-back classes, team meetings, or builds.

• Weekly Access – $225
  Steady weekly or bi-weekly programs without a monthly commitment.

• Monthly Access (Full Day) – $850
  Reliable, ongoing use for small businesses or programs.

• Monthly Evenings Only – $800 (3 PM+)
  Afterschool activities, clubs, or evening programs.

We’ll work with you to customize your schedule — hourly, half days, full days, or recurring.

• Keyfob entry for flexible access

What We Ask

• Include setup & takedown in booked time

• Respect the space & leave it ready for the next guest

• Provide Certificate of Insurance (for business use)

• Practice kindness, professionalism, and courtesy

Arcade Add-On for Recurring Rentals

• $100/month – Access to In the Dark Arcade for programs like e-sports clubs, tech time, drop-in zones, or supervised sibling play. Unlimited-play machines, ambient lighting, and flexible space use included.
