To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.

Special Event rentals may be rescheduled one time within 12 months if at least 30 days’ notice is provided, subject to a $150 rescheduling fee and availability. Deposits remain non-refundable. If no reschedule is completed within 12 months, all monies paid are forfeited.
For special events, a valid card on file is required in lieu of a cash security deposit. This card will only be charged if damages, excessive cleaning, or violations occur, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Cash, check, or credit/debit card via Square Terminal. If a check is returned or funds are reversed, payment will be considered incomplete and must be replaced immediately to retain your booking.
You’re responsible for cleaning up and restoring the venue to its original condition within your rental period.
